The bungalow

The freestanding home lies on a plot of 420 square meter which makes it one of the biggest plot of the park. The architectural garden is playfully set up and has several terraces. Thus there are a terrace on the front and back of the home and a wooden duckboard. Cause of the big plot there’s a sunny spot any time of the day. The garden furniture makes the whole complete.

The back of the garden ends in a six meter long jetty to open water and the possibility for fishing. From the garden you have a free sight onto a peaceful recreation area which lies between the city Medemblik and the park. The fringe of reeds gives you much privacy. Next to the house there’s a lockable storage area for the bicycles.

The house is build traditionally and is isolated an finished perfectly. The surface of the house is about 90 square meter and has the following lay-out:

You enter the home in a cosy hall where you can go upstairs, to the toilet and to the living room. There is also a door to a space which contains the meter closet, fire extinguisher and boiler. Here you can easily hang your coats and put your luggage.

 If you open the door towards the living room you immediately see the open kitchen in Mediterranean style. The kitchen is equipped with a electric stove (Miele), big refrigerator (Miele) and a dishwasher (Miele). You will also be able to make free use of a little oven and a microwave.

If you walk a bit further you have a dining table on the left and a sitting area on the right. The sitting area consist out of a comfortable 3-persons sofa, and 2 fauteuils . There is an TV with remote control, DVD player, radio/CD player and everything with a beautiful sight on the garden en surrounding.

If you go up the stairs you have access to three bedrooms , the washing area and the bathroom. There is a second toilet in the bathroom, sink and a shower/bathtub. The biggest room has a double bed, the second one has 2 separate box springs. The last one has a single persons bed in it in which a second bed can be placed if necessary.  Linens, eiderdowns and pillows are at hand.
